2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you open a page, the host processes technical connection data on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Any transfer to the United States is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
3. Server log files
When you access this site, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in the technically sound and secure operation of the site. This data is not merged with other sources.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool, embeds no advertising networks and builds no usage profiles. No consent banner is therefore required.
5. Fonts
The typeface used is served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no IP address is transmitted to a third party in the process.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry and any follow up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention period applies.
7. Encryption
This site uses TLS encryption for security. You can recognise it by "https://" in your browser’s address bar.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Please contact us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in our case the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
