We started by understanding the business requirements and the current technical architecture. Further, we developed a state-of-the-art goal architecture that provides great flexibility and permitted Emma to scale. We led the transformation to the goal architecture and implemented a new e-commerce shop, a CMS, a fulfillment system, a warehouse management system, and a new ERP and rolled it out in >30 countries.
Implementation of the architecture has enabled the company’s revenue from 400 million Euros to >1 billion in a relatively short period of time.
